​Alun is a Recruitment Director with over 20 years’ experience who is responsible for Vital Resources key areas; London, South East, Midlands, North West, South West & Wales. Alun has an excellent understanding of the ‘National Agreement Engineering Construction Industry’ (NAECI) and supports a vast number of ECIA Members on Major Build and R&M Projects. He oversees all aspects of the agreement including liaising with The Client, Unions and ECIA Representatives. Including Engineering Construction, he has the capability to support clients within Building Services, Rail and Data Comms Industry.
