Martin is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and has worked in the recruitment sector since 2001, having previously held senior finance positions in the retail sector. As well as being Head of Finance at Vital, Martin heads up the IT and Fleet operations. He also chairs the Group legislative committee which oversees and ensures the Group compliantly implement all proposed business and sector legislative changes. He is a proud Evertonian.
