​Richard joined Vital’s leadership team in 2021 having spent 25 years building and managing recruitment teams across a range of sectors in the Built Environment and beyond. He brings board level experience and will focus on driving growth in the mechanical and electrical business for the Resources Division. He is passionate about ecological issues and especially rewilding projects in the UK. He is very partial to Jura Malt Whisky and the mournful cry of a curlew
